These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GrindWorksGO website, applications, platform, and related video streaming services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, downloading our applications, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Company Information and Description of Services
GrindWorksGO is a premium digital streaming, distribution, and content platform operated by GrindWorks Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide on-demand video streaming, live broadcasts, and related media content. Our Services are accessible via our official website (grindworksgo.com) and through our dedicated, downloadable applications available natively on the Roku and Amazon Fire TV platforms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services and purchase subscriptions unless a parent or legal guardian provides explicit consent and manages the account setup where permitted by law.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access our streaming services on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, or our website, you are required to register for a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities, stream usages, or purchases that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
- Subscription Tiers: Access to premium video content, specialized libraries, or live broadcasts within the GrindWorksGO ecosystem requires a paid, recurring subscription pass. By signing up, you authorize us (and our third-party merchant processor, Stripe) to charge the designated recurring fee to your chosen payment method.
- Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before your next scheduled renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your profile account settings on our website or follow the explicit channel cancellation parameters natively inside your Roku or Amazon Fire TV device settings. Following cancellation, you will retain access to the paid tier until the conclusion of your current paid billing period, after which your access will expire.
- Refund Policy: Except as explicitly required by local statutory law or specified dynamically at the point of sale, all subscription charges are completely non-refundable. We do not issue prorated credits or refunds for partially used billing cycles or unwatched content.
5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Services only for personal, non-commercial, and lawful entertainment purposes. Your license to stream content is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. You agree not to distribute, broadcast, or display the content in public venues or commercial establishments without explicit written permission from GrindWorks Media LLC.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
- Submit false, incomplete, or unauthorized payment or identity information.
- Upload, transmit, or inject malware, spam, or harmful code into our website or application infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our streaming delivery servers, databases, or related connected TV networks.
- Circumvent, modify, or defeat any digital rights management (DRM) or security mechanisms protecting the video content.
- Infringe on intellectual property, copyright, or other legal rights of the Company or its licensing partners.

7. Content Submissions and Partnerships
If you submit content, media, files, or portfolio materials to GrindWorksGO via our partner inquiry tools, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the undisputed legal rights and copyrights to do so. You grant us the right to review, store, and evaluate your submission for possible distribution, partnership, advertising, or related purposes. Submission of content does not guarantee acceptance, channel placement, publication, distribution, or monetization.
8. Intellectual Property
All website and application content, video formatting, branding, logos, graphics, designs, text, player features, and other materials provided by GrindWorksGO are owned by or legally licensed to GrindWorks Media LLC and are protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or capture our stream feeds or proprietary materials without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Our streaming infrastructure utilizes third-party platforms for app building and payment processing (including TV App Builder and Stripe), and our services operate inside ecosystems managed by Roku and Amazon. We are not responsible for the independent performance, security, or standalone platform policies of those third parties. Your interactions with third-party software are subject exclusively to their respective terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted stream playback, error-free operations, cross-device synchronization, or that the content library will meet your specific personal expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrindWorksGO, GrindWorks Media LLC, and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost revenue, streaming interruptions, or device failures—arising out of or related to your use of or inability to access the Services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrindWorksGO, GrindWorks Media LLC, and our officers, directors, employees, and platform partners from any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any legal rights of another party.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account access to our website, Roku channel, or Amazon Fire TV app at any time, without prior notice, if we determine or reasonably suspect that you have violated these Terms, engaged in subscription fraud, or used the streaming feeds in an unauthorized manner.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational changes or platform requirements. The revised version will be posted publicly on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our applications or website after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
